are $195 each for the full 3 days of August 15, 16, 17, 2008.
Each 10 x 10 space DOES include camping fees and a festival pass for
one person. You can camp in or behind your vendor space each night. |

PARKING vehicles behind your space. All vehicles must be removed from
the vendor area after you unload. Vendors can drive on to load and
unload goods only. |

you have additional help they will need to pay for a festival pass
and camping fees. |

your work and your display (we do not require photos from food vendors).
We MUST have a signed form, check, and photos of your work and display
from every vendor (we do not require photos from food vendors). If
you want us to return your photos please include a sufficiently stamped,
self addressed envelope with this form. Every vendor MUST have a California
resale permit (State Board of Equalization) and collect and pay his
or her own sales tax. |

that non compliance with these guidelines may result in immediate
expulsion without a refund for vendor fee or events passes and I understand
that I am responsible for my own California State Board of Equalization
resale permit and collecting and paying sales tax. I understand that
the public safety of my display and merchandise are my own responsibility
and that any insurance is also my own responsibility, as there is
no event insurance that covers my display or merchandise. I also understand
that a vendor booth purchase is nonrefundable, and the festival will
go on rain or shine. |
